A new life, a new baby, this is our immortality, this is why we are here, this is our purpose.

My sister had her first grand-son and we are now in the grand-parents category, life passes by so fast!!!

I looked at this perfect little person yesterday, all soft and fragile, smelling so good. And when he opened his beautiful big eyes to look at us around him, I saw all our predecessors, all our family members who were there before us and made it possible to make him the little treasure that he his.

Yes, let's celebrate life and hope and wish that we will understand that we can live together in harmony and in peace for those innocent little persons who don't know that the world is a cruel and cold place to live in and that we have to protect them the best we can from all harm.

Couldn't we try to leave in peace for our children. 

I can appreciate your wanting to live in peace with your children, but I don't quite no how that can happen, there are so many laws that steal from some people and give to other people and people with children always get the tax breaks, people with children end up paying less in taxes than do those of us without children. This creates problems that popup in the weirdest ways and cause problems even for those who didn't create them..

:o;)Thank you for your input Ron, and you are right in a way. It can seem like that indeed. But have you thought that a child is the reason most women live under pauverty level, of course when men abandon them.

Having children in our society, unfortunately is very costly. And some people have a very difficult time feeding their children. I am sure that you know all about those problems too. And of course, if nobody would have the courage to have children, whell...:-? no more us.

Of course, like everything, there should be a balance in this too. But, apparently this one is too a very difficult one to get and nobody did really succeed at that task, even though they are trying very hard, look at what they are doing in China for example.

They are trying to do something in Africa but people are not reacting so well to the suggestions and well, children are dying when they should not, they didn't ask to come in the first place.

Yes, I think that having children should be an action that people take after some reflexion and not by accident. But then again, who am I to say anything, if it was always like that, I wouldn't even be there.

But yes, in my eyes, our children are life and our future. Without them, there will be no future, no hope.:)
